the thing that got me started today was the news item that post-katrina contracts were going to be re-bid on accd. to the head of fema. it turns out that several firms were awarded contracts without any sort of competitive bidding on the bill. it makes me mad to think these companies were so eager to make a quick buck off the misery of millions of people. honestly, i know "brownie" was totally ill-equipped to handle the aftermath, but c'mon, didn't you think this would be a problem later on.

i think it's absolutely hilarous and weird. hp gay?? not that there's anything wrong with that, but still, where do people think of these things? and why would you choose to out your theory to a bunch of little kids??
